The International Council for Film, Television and Audiovisual Communication (CICT-ICFT) to UNESCO reinforces international exchange and cooperation in the audiovisual field by providing strategic direction, policy guidance, and expert support for development at the international, regional, national, and local levels.

Drawing on the rich experience amassed by International Council for Film, Television and Audiovisual Communication (CICT-ICFT) to UNESCO through various international cultural projects since its establishment in 1956, Platform for Creativity & Innovation (PCI) –  the youth branch of CICT-ICFT – is committed to extend its support beyond the audiovisual realm and into a diverse range of cultural and creative sectors.

Program and Initiative
When Art Meets You

When Art Meets You is a program that seeks to create opportunities for interaction and collaboration between art and various fields of life and society through creative and innovative processes. Its primary objective is to support the cultural and creative industries and to generate positive social, economic and environmental impact that can be measured. Interdisciplinary collaborations are not new, but an inevitable trend in the future of the creative economy. Performing arts with tourism, music with astronomy, film with food, fashion design with sports, dance with peace… Can you imagine how creative and innovative we can be when we embrace our disciplinary diversity?
